Bartholomew Hawkins Ltd (BH) is one of the companies that advised members of the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS) to transfer their occupational benefit pensions and has gone into liquidation 2 years after the regulatory body removed its permissions.

BH stopped offering DB transfer advice and suspended its permissions in 2017.

BH also confirmed it had advised members of the BSPS and that the action by the FCA did relate to pension transfer advice given to BSPS members.
