COPIA WEALTH MANAGEMENT – Liquidated 6th January 2021

Copia Wealth Management is now in liquidation due to pension mis-selling claims brought against them.

After an investigation, The Financial Ombudsman Service found that Copia Wealth Management had given a client unsuitable advice regarding the transfer of their pension.  The firm was advising clients to transfer their pension to a SIPP and then to put their money in high-risk investments.  Many clients lost money as a result.
