WHAT IS A NON-STANDARD INVESTMENT (NSI) ?

Non-Standard Investments (NSIs) tend to fall into the category of anything which is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Unregulated).
There are also plenty of regulated NSIs such as higher-risk investments and funds which don’t have the same levels of diversity as a standard regulated investment.
All investments carry a level of risk so it is not simply about whether you have lost money it is a question of the suitability of the product for you which will determine whether or not you have a potential claim.
If you have lost money or are struggling to access money in an investment that you have made, in particular, if it is a pension investment then you may have a claim.
Our team are experts in establishing the best grounds for you to make a claim in order to ensure the quickest turnaround and the maximum reward.
Below is a list of some but not all of the investments recommended to clients where they were not suitable.
