The stockbroker and discretionary fund manager (DFM), Reyker Securities, has been placed into administration.
This came as a direct result of action taken by the regulatory body to prevent the company from performing regulated activities.
Ryker Securities attempted to sell the company but was unable to find a buyer, therefore it decided to no longer perform any regulated activities as the delegated investment manager of the VT Reyker Real Assets fund.
