Bridgend-based firm Broadlands Partnership has been declared failed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

In a statement released on Friday, 14 June, the FSCS announced that Broadlands Partnership is no longer in operation, and customers can now make claims against the firm.

The FSCS reported receiving eight claims against Broadlands Partnership concerning pension advice. Out of these, one claim has been upheld while the remaining seven were unsuccessful.

It was also confirmed that none of the claims were related to the British Steel Pension Scheme transfers.

According to the Financial Conduct Authority register, Broadlands Partnership has been unauthorised since August 2018.

The firm, now failed, has traded under several names, including Concept Wealth Management, Wynne Evans Trading as Evans Jones & Co, Dragon Financial, and Manning Gee Investments.
