Reasons for Default and Client Compensation Claims

The FSCS is handling a number of claims against Inspirational Financial Management Ltd related to unsuitable pension transfer advice. Former clients report being encouraged to move retirement savings into high-risk or ill-fitting investments, which did not align with their financial goals or risk profile — often leading to significant financial loss.

With the firm now in default, eligible clients can pursue redress through the FSCS.
