Ozen Financial Services Limited

Ozen Financial Services Limited (FRN 670187, Company No. 07854116) was an FCA-authorised investment firm that traded under the name Ozen FS. The firm was incorporated in November 2011 and operated in the financial services sector until the FCA took formal enforcement action against it.

Following an investigation, the FCA issued a Decision Notice on 9 June 2023, cancelling Ozen Financial Services Limited’s Part 4A permission with immediate effect. The FCA’s reasons included the firm’s failure to submit its Firm Details Attestation — a mandatory annual confirmation that registered information is correct — and its failure to respond to formal notices issued by the Authority. These failures raise serious concerns about the firm’s commitment to regulatory compliance.

The firm has since been dissolved. Former clients who held investments or received advice through Ozen Financial Services Limited and who suffered losses should seek specialist advice. Where the firm’s conduct gave rise to specific losses, or where an FCA-regulated third party introduced clients to the firm, compensation options may exist.

Issues / Why You May Have a Claim

FCA-authorised firms are required to comply with regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate register information and engaging with the regulator when contacted. Where a firm fails these basic obligations, it raises wider questions about how client money and interests were being protected. Former Ozen Financial Services clients who suffered losses should seek an independent review.
