Latest FSCS Update

January 2025

PSG SIPP Ltd entered administration in October 2024, administering around 5,500 SIPPs worth approximately £1.2 billion. Its Unity SIPP book was subsequently sold to Pathlines Pensions UK Ltd in January 2025, and other SIPP business was transferred to Alltrust Services. The FSCS is investigating whether eligible claims exist against PSG. If you held a PSG SIPP and invested in assets that later proved unsuitable or inaccessible, the sale of the book does not extinguish your right to seek compensation for the advice or the SIPP arrangement that led to those losses.

If you believe you may have been affected, please book a free consultation with our team. We will carry out all the investigative work on your behalf. If your claim is not successful, you will not pay a penny. You can call us during office hours or email hello@claimmyloss.co.uk – we are here to help.
