The Lifetime SIPP recently went into administration after claims were filed against the company.

The company has been exposed to numerous unregulated and high-risk investments that have failed including InvestUS, The Resort Group, Ethical Forestry, Rimondi Grand, and Harlequin.

The former SIPP administrator, Hartley SAS, has since bought the company’s assets with Lifetime SIPP going into liquidation. Kingston Smith are the insolvency practitioners that have been appointed.
