We help by firstly identifying if the client has suffered any damages, this is usually a financial loss. We help identify what has happened, who is responsible and then quantify (provide a value) that loss in order to pursue a claim.
What are the risks for your referral clients?
When it comes to financial services claims, we operate on a strictly no win, no fee basis, so there is never any financial risk involved in somebody pursuing a claim through us. The risk is actually on us as in many cases, after a thorough investigation, we may determine that there is no valid reason to claim. In those circumstances we hope that anybody you have referred will walk away with peace of mind that they have explored all options.
Can’t people run these claims themselves?
