The company, Designed 4 Life, is based in Portsmouth and was appointed with a voluntary liquidator back in 2016 due to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) forcing it to pay its clients compensation after providing them with advice that was unsuitable.

There was a new company though called TPC Financial Management that recently became authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
